Difficulty Weight loss ? 01

Why french woman don't get fat – eventhough they consume cheese, egg, wine, ice cream?

By the time a woman hits her late 40s and 50s, ideally she should be at peace with her body, not still wrestling with weight loss and dieting. For many women though, this is the time in their lives when they actually have the time to focus and accomplish those goals once and for all. Contrary to popular belief, it’s not impossible to lose weight and get fit at this age, if anything it’s more possible than ever. Cheryl George from Biggest Loser lost 76 pounds by doing bootcamp fitness classes. NutriSystem’s Marie Osmond, age 51, lost more than 40 pounds (and by dancing like a star!). And the “Iron Nun,” 70-year-old Sister Madonna Buder, has completed 40 Ironman Triathlons since her 30s. They aren’t different than you, or stronger than you, or even luckier at losing weight than you.
The only difference is that they made the choice to lose the weight, or get fit, or simply maintain the fitness they’ve already strived for. Fifty is the new forty (or something like that!). If you can’t move time back ten years, make your body look and feel ten years younger through your diet and activities. There are a number of weight loss programs designed specifically for women in their 40s, 50s, or beyond. We’ve shared the most important details of five stand-outs for your review.
